Percy and Marcus got together back at Hogwarts (ever womder just what he was doing hanging around the dungeons when Harry and Ron were polyjuiced in CoS? Lol)
His family isn't going to know about Marcus. I'm trying to keep it pretty canon. I'm thinking it takes place around OotP or maybe HBP. Def before the DE's took over the Ministry.
