I think with writing we always have the option to, you know, rewrite things before anyone sees our thoughts on paper. With talking, it's so on the spot. You don't get a chance to have a rough draft or anything.

It's just there...that train of thought...that, um just sorta derails sometimes. *laughs*

I’m not sure what it is. I think someone once called it ‘verbal diarrhea’.

Some people might suggest you see a doctor about that.

All doctors? That could be a problem, you know.

Now if it's just a particular doctor, then avoiding that individual should clear the situation up. Of course, I can't really give you medical advice over the internet, it's just information you should discuss with your personal physician.
