The kanji says "kotodama", which means "the power of words" or somesuch. It was the big theme for volume 4 of WA. The furigana, though, says "shijitsu", or "truth". Here's where I got my information. monkeybarrel, in addition to writing some fantastic WA fanfic, provided summaries of WA4 for the Japanese-challenged (like me. ^^;;).
