On the same note as a previous post regarding terrible customer service, I got bitched out today by the server in the Employee Dining Room (EDR).  Please note, that while I am not her direct supervisor, while on the grave shift, I am the highest ranking F&B employee on property so she is to report any issues to me

That is just rude. Seriously, it's her job to serve you the food. Just imagine what she's like with other people. If I ever came across her, I certainly would not enjoy my dinning experience.
