It's an interview. I wouldn't dress out-of-character professional, because he knows better... but what do you think the other applicants are going to wear? You can dress professionally and act casually if the situation calls for it, but you can't take back the under-dressing if you get there and it's uncalled for. Frankly, professional clothes are not going to hide your body from someone who knows perfectly well what you look like in casual clothes... and you can still flirt very successfully while being professionally dressed.

That's pretty much what I was thinking. I have a really nice skirt suit that I am thinking about wearing. It covers a lot but hugs in the right places so it is both conservative and quite sexy at the same time. I also feel really confident when I wear it so I think that will help out a lot because no matter how well I know him or how good friends we are I will have some nerves when I actually sit down in front of him for an interview.
Thanks!

The suit you mentioned in the other comment sounds like a good idea. GOOD LUCK! I know you will be awesome.

Thanks! I pretty much think I have the job in the bag, I'm just a little nervous because I so desperately want/need it!
