Well, that was perfect. Easter weekend was supposed to be filled with friends, and camping and other great times, but no, come Wednesday, I got fucking SICK!!! I didn't finish my STAT midterm, so I failed the test, great...and I couldn't go camping, it blew. Hey. Easter was pagan WAY before it was christian. You even stole the name. It used to be called Eostre. Deal with it.

Well I do believe that idea of this day was to celebrate the basis of my religion...just because christian rulers were smart and put it on a pagen holiday just to make it easy for people to convert isn't my fault!

actually the idea of this day was to celebrate fertility...So in all technicality THIS day is not the basis of your religion, that was some other day, and Christians just stole the day because, well, it would be easier. In all retrospect, the idea of THIS day is to celebrate the spring equinox (longer days, etc.).
