strictly aesthetically, ("culturally, gramatically...") 1-7 make me want to stare and stare at them.
(well, going with trust for #6 because it seems to be missing ;-)
especially #3 - I've always wanted to make a mini-movie of the grandiose entrance and you've spared me the trouble! I'll pimp your icons instead :D)
