It's hard to say what prompted this. I don't know much of anything atm, as the drugs they put you on after removing your wisdom teeth are rather strong. Which is a good thing. In any case, I'm on said drugs. And I made icons with pretty people

joking! but could you share the secret of the wonderful blue coloring of #2? I never get the blue tone right. please? ;;)

I believe that for that one, I filled a new layer with blue at 60% Opacity and set to Normal Blend mode. From there, I adjusted the Fill value until I got the coloring that I wanted ;-)
