Heya again. I hope all is well - I haven't read any updates here lately.
It seems I'll really be moving to Dublin soon. Any chance you can help give me ideas of which neighborhoods are choice and where to find distractions beyond the obligatory Guinness? If you agree, I promise to bring you a singular piece of Chicago arcana of your choosing...
Your one-stop shop for apartment-hunting is here: http://daft.ie/
As for the good neighbourhoods, the stereotype is to aim for any area south of the Liffey, but Dublin is expanding and all central areas are being rejuvenated, so that old rule doesn't really apply anymore. Are you planning on living in the city centre or on the outskirts? I guess that depends on your budget. If you find a place you're interested in and want info about the area, let me know. I'd be glad to be your adviser. As for entertainment, I'm a boring homebody so I'm not sure if I can help you there but I will do my best.

Do you remember why you removed me in the first place? I do, and it makes me think you might do it again someday when my sense of humour offends you for some bizarre reason. So for now the answer is no.
Yes, very much enjoying the books! (I always forget how much I enjoy Graham Greene until I wind up reading one and think 'oh, yeah, that's right...', f'r instance.). Of course, now I need more bookshelves, but who doesn't?
Glad you made it safely back across the pond, and good luck with job / apartment /etc. I'll be lurking, and sporadically un-quiet probably *g*
Well mate, I appreciate that a lot. I'm just trying to understand anime, and my choices I guess. My family has kind of frowned on my relationship with Troy. However, when I look into his eyes, I know that's where I belong, I'm guessing you understand that feeling quite well. I just don't know how to cope. I will post my entry soon.
