The last of the amphetamines coursed through my veins and I finally passed out from exhaustion around 3 am. Nothing can reave your soul quite like american politics. We had people coming in the polling station getting mad that they had to declare parties,  we had an old lady from New York get hostile with us because she didn't feel comfortable

Yah... the number of people who voted democrat was ridiculous. If people actually read about the candidates and understood what each one stood for the results would be different.. but American voters will always be ignorant as long as they watch TV to get all their information. The only candidate who doesn't actually terrify me is Ron Paul. I was actually shooken up after voting the other day because I knew my vote really wouldn't matter anyway because so many people were voting for the democratic side.

I'm sorry to hear that your job isn't working out. I hope you find a job that you feel comfortable in. any job is going to suck a little bit... are you going to school or anything right now?
