I haven't made pumpkin bread in years either.
Have been slow to take up baking with the whole gluten free thing, and even during the just wheat free years I was tapering off. I want to get back in there and I certainly have a plethora of recipes as well as plenty of gf flours. I just don't have the same instincts about how those flours stack up in the baking process, but I think it is about time I found out, don't you?
