I really want to find the person wielding the chainsaw at 6am and stick that chainsaw where the sun was never meant to shine.

My neighbors complain about band practice- then run chainsaws in their backyard. We offered to practice while they're doing yard work, and they refused. Apparently it's okay for them to be ridiculously loud, but not us.

Usually that time of the day is against noise ordinances!
