I still have it saved on the TiVO from the airing a couple months ago. I want to enjoy the movie and not fall asleep (I start a lot of stuff around 10:30 or 11 at night)...I'm sorry I haven't seen it yet. I beg forgiveness. ;)

It's a very loud movie, Ethel Merman not withstanding.
I doubt you'd fall asleep- but keep in mind Turner version clocks in over three hours.

Hon, I fall asleep through EVERYTHING, provided I'm tired enough and it's dark enough. :)

Yeah, I know the TCM version is 3+ hours...one of the major reasons I haven't watched it yet.

Just no getting locked in Dinkler's or falling into yellow when we go to get a pic and axe.

I wonder if I ever bought a hardware store and called it Dinkler's if anyone would get the joke.

Dunno. But If Long Beach is anything like San Francisco, the stores and the facades are probably the same. The pontoon bridge across the harbour from the chase at the end is long gone, but that buidling where they fall off the fire escape is apperantly now Loft style condos!
