“Belphegor spoke the truth,” he murmured, as she concluded her appraisal of the current situation.
She nodded. “I saw them at it with my own eyes.”
“So Duke Hastur is the dominant one in the relationship!”
“Well,” she said, conspiratorially “that’s open to interpretation. I have heard it told that Duke Ligur has managed to convince him to adopt a stray tentacle monster.”
Dagon’s jaw quite literally dropped.
After retrieving it from the floor he couldn’t help but indulge in a long, rasping chuckle.
Inter-Infernal Departmental gossip really did make the Circles go round.
