so Jeff got back from Indy safe and sound...and it made me very happy. I went and picked him up at the airport about a week ago now...it feels like he just got back, but it feels like he was gone forever too. But I learned something while he was gone. So, jefefery and I are going to a kick off event for this years Walk To De-feet ALS tomorrow. I had a good time last year, and I'm looking forward to doing it again this year. So I hurt my back again. This time I did it walking down a freaking hall. To my defense, it was soaking wet, and I wasn't the only one who slipped. I was, however, the only one who pulled a muscle in my back doing it. So yeah. My restrictions were put at 20 lbs lifting/carrying and 25 pushing/pulling.
