stress is a very real thing for teenagers. we are increasingly getting more responsibilities. we are changing, dating, constantly hearing about our futures and out grades, getting loaded with homework (during school of course), starting to look for jobs, learning how to drive and so on and so forth... So we have to do something to relieve our stress.
here are the things that work for me...
1. Praying
2. Huge hugs from my best friends
3. Music
4. bubble baths
5. cleaning my room
6. laying in my room at night when its cold and cuddling up
7. laughter is always good medicine
8. funny movies
9. writing in my journal
10. Reading
Those are just a few but i find they really work for me... what about you?
