This weekend was a big food weekend seeing how it was my sister's birthday...

The birthday cake...oh yes... it's a milk chocolate cake with strawberry mousse with chocolate shavings and chocolate covered strawberries on top... How many more times can I say chocolate? The world will never know!

yea... my dear sister changed her mind and wanted something strawberry related... so I had to scrap the giant truffle cake idea for something more fruity. Now if I only had cake pans then I can make a real circular cake!
