Notes: Met on Oct 10 in New Bark and evolved on Nov 19. He's a very calm and really smart Dragonair, and gentle. He likes to wrap himself around Sai's shoulders (though he can't be carried this way now that he's evolved) and will grab Sai's hair to hold him back if Sai is about to get into trouble. Never, ever in his Pokéball, and basically the team manager because Sai fails so hard at technology. Which means, yes, he does choose what Sai actually "catches." Myoushu has now evolved into Dragonair and has decided firmly that he doesn't want to evolve again. Can sort of hover-float along when he's not touching anything else, which is good because he can't be carried anymore. He's started to learn to play go at Sai's insistence, and he's not bad at it, though he's prone to ignoring strategy and just trying to create interesting-looking groups on the board. He points out moves with his tail for Sai to place them.

Notes: Caught by Myoushu on Oct 19 as the second recruit to Sai's party after a battle and a conversation between the two Pokémon. Evolved Nov 2 and again on Nov 26. Sai named him after Touya Akira because the little bird's fighting spirit, temper and determination to surpass Myoushu reminded him of the go player. Akira is a very serious little bird with almost no sense of humor and little toleration for antics and distractions. In spite of being a smallish Pidgeot, he is determined to be a strong battler and works hard to improve himself. He never backs down from a challenge. Unlike his namesake, Akira has almost no interest in go, but he's become a good battle strategist and is usually the one to make Sai go training or take on gym leaders. When Sai is teaching the others go, Akira usually flies off by himself to get more training in, and has surpassed the others in level. When he sensed he was getting close to evolving again, he flew off and trained brutally hard until he nearly collapsed. Twice. He got the levels he wanted in record time but he'll have to stick to very light training for a couple weeks to recover.

Notes: Found on 11/10 after Kaiba left. She quite likes Sai and he dotes on her. Myoushu doesn't mind her but Akira barely tolerates her. Sai has vowed to take the best care of her until he can return her to Kaiba. Since Sai decided to teach his Pokémon go, she decided to learn. She's not very skilled, and often too aggressive, but she does like playing. She points out where to place the stones with her feelers, since she's far too big to place them herself.

Notes: Egg found on Christmas morning and hatched the day after. The fish was just quiet and pleasant until she saw her reflection as Sai was about to put her into the pond. She became depressed after, and Sai has been trying to cheer her up by polishing her scales and giving her accessories to make her prettier. She's leveling incredibly slowly because she doesn't like to fight much to begin with, and doesn't exactly have any useful moves.
