So a week ago I was layed off from US Bank.  This was the longest I have worked anywhere.  I survived 4 managers, one that made me consider punching in the face.  I moved 4 times and lasted over 5 years.  I had a good time for the most part.  It was funny how quickly things would move around the office.  I broke my finger playing soccer a few years ( Read more... )

Last night I was able to get some amazing tickets to see Avenue Q.  For those that do not know about this show the best way I can describe it is Sesame Street on drugs!  The show was great, the cast had amazing voices and great chemistry ( Read more... )

So yesterday the first round of layoffs began at work.  I think over 250 people were layed off from the Home Office here.  I was a bit weird to see people come over to say good-bye.  This morning the parking lot was really empty ( Read more... )

Daisy is doing very well and fitting in with our family.  Her and Didimous are best friends already.

So this weekend we have added a new member to our family.  Friday we adopted a 1 year old, female beagle.  We named her Daisy, there is a picture of her with J on her LJ.  Once we get all the pics uploaded I will post it here ( Read more... )

When I graduated college and got my first job, I ran out and bought my first NEW Vehicle.  It was a green Chevy S-10 pickup truck.  It was cool, new and mine.  That truck was perfect at the time, it was used to move myself and then myself and Jen 6 times.  It lived in three states and despite being driven badly and been in a couple of accidents it ( Read more... )
