Nobody really wants to work in Hooters. They're the most sexist place ever - you can get fired for gaining three pounds, and they hire based on cup size. But you'd think there'd be someplace trying to sell "American Food" the same way we sell "Italian Food," even if it is just giant burgers and over-sized portions.
That's not the point, of course. You probably don't want to work in a restraunt at all period - I know I didn't. Hope you get your work visa and a job without too much headache. ^_^
