I picked up a newspaper today. I hadn't looked at it in a few years. It is the North County Times from Wednesday. September 12 2001. I am in Rafaela. Only problem is I don´t exactly know where Rafaela is in Argentina. I ate at an Argentine Parrilla last night and now I understand why the beef from here is famous. The whole meal had the health value of a few dozen lard covered twinkies but tasted absolutely wonderful. Well off to mapquest.

I got into UCSB and UCSC. That leaves UCLA, UCSD, and Berkeley.

My medicine bag was stolen (among other things). I have a half full inhaler and some benydrel but thats all. I´m still trying to figure out how the hell I am getting out of this god fucking forsaken country (the explosion in La Paz was actually a bomb). Fuck
