- Well-written & have yet to check out the full text that you linked to, but from what you quote here this pretty much corroborates my experience/worldview (as a cultural/racial minority living in a post-colonial nation).

Also Derailing for Dummies is awesome! I can't think about how many conversations I've had that have gone down those lines (and I actually find myself on either side, depending on the situation).

Hello :) I have friendseded you. Yeah, I'm getting a lot of familiarity tweaking at my brain when I read that site (oh god I was particularly annoyed by the very last one the other day, the "it was all an experiment, i was just playing, trolling is what i doooo!"), and recognise myself in some of it, too.
