I am alone on Christmas Day. Would you like to come to Rock Island with me that night? You could stay at my home in Denver to avoid the long trip back at night? Let me know, please.

Remember Christmukah at our house...you, me, Stephan, Ed, my sister, David can come if he wants and everone can get plastered (except me) and sleep over so no one has to be alone! You have to come because we would be so sad without you. I hate X-mas too...it's a terrible time of the year when the expectation is that we are all happy and cheery and all that nonsense, when in actuality, there are some of us who don't want to be with family and hate X-mas music and aren't Christian, etc., etc... My mom decided to try to kill herself one holiday season and that pretty much ruined it for me... SO, PLEASE come be with us and help us start a new, wierd and hopefully fun tradition that has nothing to do with X-mas music, blow up santas and fake happiness! (secretly, if it weren't for Stephan, I wouldn't celebrate the whole dumb holiday!) Oh, Stephan wanted me to let you know that you should come over X-mas Eve and spend the night and that if you do, he'll dress up as Santa...but only if you know where to get a PVC Santa costume.... Thanks for all the offers of company, but Kerri, I have two giant dogs and now four cats to take care of, so I can't stay overnight in Denver. (Much as the thought of rock island is a tempting one...haven't been there in forever!)I don't know if my son will make an appearance. He is always pretty unpredictable at this time of year, so I have to kinda stick around home. I will come to Steffies on Christmas day for dinner though. I will bring yummies too and we can all eat until we puke!
The suicidal Santa tree sounds fricken' awesome! I want pictures.I bid on a black christmas tree on ebay, but it went for something ridiculous like $200 or something. Apparently they are the latest cool thing to have in England. HA us Brits are such style leaders aren't we? I am actually dying of a sinus infection right now. The remains of the glorious mucus party of a cold I got on Thanksgiving. Joy!

I didn't get the black tree. It went for WAY more than I have. I am really fricken' sick right now. I have viral pneomonia and that sinus infection. I got up out of bed yesterday for the first time in days. I took a bath and it made me so tired I slept all day! This sucks. I have not been to work all week, so the shop is only open when Jeff is there, from 3pm onwards. Yikes. There's nothing I can do about it though. I am Sicky Mc Sickerson! The shop is at 318a East Colorado Avenue, Downtown on Colorado and Wahsatch.I have no idea now if I will be healthy enough to do anything over Christmas....I hope I feel better soon, this is getting me down.
