food doesn't really comfort me as it does for some people.

I didn't consider it so much for the food but for the fact that it would get you out of the house and let you talk for a bit.

it just doesn't seem to help my situation at hand.

don't worry though, ive gone through this enough times for me to know that in a few weeks or so something will happen and i will feel good until the next inevitable down swing.
