The only problem is that I have to much charged on my credit cards so I got personal loan sat a lower rate than my credit cards. Its a tough market man. It really is. If I see any lower priced homes, I'll let you know. The only thing around where I am is mid $200K and up..way up. I'll keep my eyes peeled though.
