fuck!! we have to be able to show that we've made every effort to make it to work if we can't make it in. if we're going to be late we have to tell them at least an hour before we're due in telling them how we're planning on getting there. if we don't make it in we don't get paid. if they really don't think we've made an effort we're unauthorisedly absent.

I hate the striking tube drivers. They should get another job if they want more money etc. I'd have to. The ones that are striking are arrogant, selfish and inconciderate and all deserve to be sacked! But at least on my new journey to work I found a really nice Thai restaurant which i will be going back to!
