I am really glad that Arnold Schwarzenegger became governor of California. He did good with the emissions cap. I hope he begins pushing solar for the masses of prefab suburbanite homes that cost 2 (read: 3-4) mil a pop. All that sunlight is just there to start pumping out watts.
