Say it with me kids: A 4 hour shift isn't 10 hours long. Especially not with a 5 minute break to scarf down a sandwich as the only break.

Yay i get to look forward to a 14 hour shift tomorrow, followed by 6 hours of sleep then another 8 hours on the clock.

I expect a $600 paycheck. If I do not get one I will be super pissed.

I'm really glad I don't work at a bed and breakfast anymore. I was 13 when I did, so I helped with special events and stuff, but if I did that now, they'd have me working like you are. Ugh.

Don't get me wrong. I love my work. It's not particularly hard and we have a virtually unlimited budget. Sometimes thing get dicey but we work through it. It has nothing to do with the complexity of the work, but rather it is more of the quantity.
