I feel like I am always facing new challenges. This time I'm facing up to four different challenges at a time. I feel like I am kicking butt at work showing everyone that I can and will handle this new position but when it comes to dealing with my family I am completely lost. And when it comes to spending quality time with friends and asking God

I love you, Shannon. I hate to see you fighting alone. And i wouldn't mind it if you broke down with me. In fact, i think i'd like it. Brokenness is always a great opportunity for unconditional love to be poured out. Trials and dark valleys don't represent problems to be solved but opportunities for spiritual companionship, which is exactly what your thirsty for by the way it sounds.

With your mom... maybe there's some generational stuff going on. It'd be a good thing to look at.

Don't be discouraged by dealing with the same thing over and over again. Satan knows your weak spots, so he attacks in those places again and again. And sometimes growth is like peeling an onion. Every layer looks the same, but you really are getting somewhere.
