Hmm.  I wonder what I'll eat for the rest of today.  The bad thing I've done so far is drink a 44 oz. regular Dr. Pepper (as opposed to Diet).  I know that I'll drink coffee with flavored creamer in it later, too.  For lunch, I had about four fifths of can of pinto beans.  I had the first helping with a bunch of tub margarine and Worcestershire ( Read more... )

Those are good ideas. I can't remember what I actually ended up eating. I'm pretty sure I did eat a cookie before work was over. I know I must have eaten something when I got home from work. Honestly can't remember to save my life. I'm not a fan of carrot sticks without other veggies. How about you?

Carrot sticks are too posh for me. Just peel a carrot and chop the ends off. That's good enough for me. I also use carrots in stir-fries and stews, but avoid them everywhere else.

I'm currently subsisting on Mountain Honey Lassi's, Tom Yum soup, Pasta Arrabbiata and mozarella and chocolate spread sandwiches (not together). I need a change.

I actually had to google the first three items and would now like to start making Lassi's at home.

I actually went shopping the other night, bought sensible things like beans, avocados(kind of fatty, I know) and tofu, but then tried too many incorrect pin numbers and got locked out of my bank account. Ah well.

On carrots, I do like them cooked with meat and/or other vegetables, but I don't care much for the taste or texture of the raw ones.
