these are tough times, we have to hang in there and get through it best we can. just remember to take care of yourself, thats what everyone is telling me anyhow. if you aren't taking vitamins yet, start to now, and if you are, add some supplememnts like iron and echinacea. if you're going to be spedning lots of tiome in the hospital visiting your mom, your immune system will take a kick in the butt from being there all the time. the vitamins and supplements will help you fight off any yucky germs you will likely pick up from there. oh, and always wash your hands when you first get there (to protect your mom), and again right befor eyou leave, and again as soon as you get home. you can pick up anything in those hallways. take it from me, i started noticing that i always felt sick the morning after being at the hospital.
