Also, baklava is awesome! I eat way too much of it when the dining hall makes it, even though theirs is really not the best baklava.

It was my first time. I tried following the recipe in "Sundays at Moosewood"; it turned out decently, I think, if super-late (and nobody would trust me that no really, it's better if you let it cool and don't burn yourself)
