free [paper] books

Argh, DW ate my carefully prepared draft. Anyway: if you are local, and want any of these books, speak up! You have the option of coming by our house to pick them up, or persuading me that you live near enough for delivery, or arrange to meet up sometime. We've both read them, do you care for our opinion(s)? We weren't enthralled, but we picked them up used, so easy come, easy go.

Hmmm, I guess there's kinda a theme here.

I think we can arrange dropping them off at pokernight sometime in the next 2-3 weeks.

The Kitchen Science book is mine (a gift), and I had high hopes, but they may have been too high; I think it is aimed a slightly more pop science audience.
