This morning I woke up to the sound of Lavender snoring. When I tried to go to sleep, I couldn't, so I just decided to have an early start on my day. I got up, dressed and got ready to go to breakfast, when I ran into some house elves in the common room. They were burning what seemed to be woolly bladders and scarves in the fireplace. They were of ( Read more... )

Excuse me while I try to stop laughing. Those were Hermione's hats! You know her SPEW thing? She knits the house elves hats! It's riddiculous in my opinion. I mean if the house elves want to be enslaved, let the poor things be! They're scared of her! It gets bloody annoying that SPEW thing.

Dear God! Hermione knitted those attrocious things? They were the ugliest things I have ever seen! I mean, they were worse than that robe that Emmaline Weeks of wore to the Spring Solstice Dance, which is saying alot due to the fact that the robe she wore was covered red, blue and green sequence.

Honestly though, does Hermione realize that she is making the house elves unhappy? Can't she see that the elves really like to work for us? I mean, while it might seem masochistic to us, its perfectly normal to them! She should be the most understanding. After all, her studying habits are masochistic. We should start SPOOH, Society for the Prevention of Over-working and Overtaxing Hermione, just to show her that what she is doing to the house elves are against their wishes.

Ha, ha, imagine her reaction to that! I agree her knitting thing is making the house elves unhappy. I guess cause she's Muggleborn and all, and we've grown up with the idea of houselves and how they LIKE to work, but really, she's going WAY overboard.

Wonder how she finds the time with her masochistic study habits, and blabbing about others people's journals. Really Parvarti I saw the argument you two were having in her journal about gossiping. She's one to talk, I only thought of it afterwards but, well I really shouldn't tell you, it's overwith.

What's this? The famous Gryffindor prude gossiped? Oh my! What did she say?

I really think we should help the house elves out somehow. After all, they do make our beds and cook our meals...
