One of the good things about Japan for gaijin (foreigners)  is that most restaurants have either an english menu (which, invariably, is just as difficult to decipher as the Japanese) or a wax food display out front meaning you can just point at what you want to eat and make condescending eating gestures.  Or at least that's how I managed to get fed ( Read more... )
