Working 9 to 5...

Despite having worked in a seemingly corporate environment for way too f*cking brain-numbingly long the past five years, yesterday I experienced my first encounter with a "serious corporate meeting".

The Grimm Brothers also went around the villages collecting fanciful tales. They collated them in ways that would make us believe that these inconceivable stories result in folk living happily ever after. Their Excel spreadsheet was the parchment of the day. All blame for their antisocial out-of-touch values falls upon Messers Grimm and not the folk who spewed these details their way.

Cheers! It gives me some comfort to know that when I am a crazy cat lady and have exhausted all other possible means of earning a living, that I could score a lucrative contract regaling people with tales from the grey, corporate underworld.
