Why does it feel like I'm the one doing everything for this group? I'm so sick of these e-mails and phone calls asking me to waste my time while the others sit back even though they have two hands, are clearly not incompentent, and can do it their damn selves

yarg, incompetent group members. Or worse actually, competent group members that put on the facade that they are incompetent. Give them some Whitney and let them know who's boss! (Not that I know what "whitney" but I'm sure you can think of something.)
