New house

So, at the beginning of this month we were not expecting to move but here we are in our new little house and it is divine! It's a wee little house, smaller than our apartment. Actually every apartment we've rented since we moved to Denver 7 years ago has gotten smaller and smaller, starting at 900sf and now we're in 520sf, but it is the best

It is awesome. I feel like I can breathe here, not all socked in between other apartments! We are doing good. Spring is here and Seattle is 100 times better in the spring/summer than in winter! We'll be taking a trip to Colorado in June. Hopefully we can see you guys and introduce Eloise finally. :)

Gardening pretty much IS like printing your own money. You spend very little to start up and you get produce and you know it's organic which is awesome. I would recommend trying to fit in basil next to your tomatoes because I've heard that those two grow well together. They seem to help each other along.

I'm happy that you're happy with your new home and I hope that you're able to stay there as long as you'd like! It's so nice to have a backyard for Eloise to play in once it gets nicer.

I read about companion plants and will definitely throw in some basil next to the tomatoes! Having a backyard is magical. No longer do we have to make a huge to do about getting outside - climbing down our open staircase, across the craggy pothole ridden parking lot and down 6 blocks to the park... We can just step out the door and there we are. I LOVE it. :D
