Friday! And I'm sick! :-(

Came down with a bit of a body cold last night. I knew it was coming, though. So, I'm staying in this weekend. Kim bailed on her visit to see me, but the funny thing is, well, I expected it. She hadn't called me all week, I had all these things planned, and then boom, yesterday, um, I cancelled my trip...hope you don't mind...bye!!! It's like

Hmm . . . I seem to recall you drinking last Friday, at the very least, but I'm not sure if that was you really getting drunk. Funny enough (perhaps coincidence, perhaps some form of caustaion) I'm getting sick too right now . . . hrm. Hope you feel better . . . my "actually get to sleep on time" plan has gone horribly awry, but hopefully you've managed to fare better on that front.

slightly...took some nyquil last night and finally had a good sleep. it's nice to have the apartment cleaned, too, laundry done, food in the fridge. until i have the work event sunday evening, i plan to just relax...
