My aunt Suzanne, the punk rock one who was always like my big sister, committed suicide very early Tuesday morning. My birthday was Saturday. It has been incredibly difficult for me as well recently. I'm also not sure how much more I can take.

You know you are welcome to escape to Asheville any time you need. We will take you in, we will support you. We love you so much, you know.

If that bastard attempts to lay a hand on you again I will most likely end up in jail.

I had no idea what happened, but I had assumed a little. I'm really sorry, though I know how empty those words can sound sometimes. I didn't know her except for that one night that we went over there, but she was an amazing person.

I could use a break; maybe I'll come visit soon. You all can meet Emma. :)
