So tired today. Saw John at the Royal Albert Hall yesterday evening. The show was fabulous, far more shiney and sparkly than the last one IMO. He had dancers and Danny Boys and the projected pictures to play off this time, plus, I mean, it was at the RAH :D not great for sound but a fabulous amazing atmosphere in an unusual building

*giggle,* yeah that was the bit that got me most too, plus the fact that Charlie is my favourite of his dogs, I've adored him ever since I saw him on The One Show.

Back home today from the UK, and finally got time to read other peoples reviews...
I so share your enthusiasm for the concert - I really had the best time in ages. "Rinestone Cowboy" was just fab (and I laughed so hard when John told the story about Scott before singing it).
Right now I'm a bit miffed (at myself) for not buying Danny Boys' album - they said that it was out, didn't they? I really have trouble finding it to buy on the net :(

There seem to have been a few selfish girls around. "Mine" wasn't whispering, she was taking pictures all the time. No flash at least, but since it was a digital camera, I had the light of the display shining in my face constantly - or her hands in my line of view when she held up the camera :(
