I left it in a comment to you on my lj, but try watching the videos at knittinghelp.com and just try to stick with it. it took me a few hours of watching the video over and over and trying on my own to get it down pat.

btw i can't wait to see all your knitting projects.

I finished my shawl but I'm not happy with it. The pattern says it should be 7 feet long but mine is only 5... and I knit it so loosely! But I'm going to try another one later on.
