You should tell people no you aren't excited. LOL That would be funny. Tell them you're mad or something.
My friend Krista had the gestational diabetes. She had to cut back on EVERYTHING. The list her doc gave her of what not to eat was HUGE!!! Like you can only drink water and eat...um...grass or something because everything else has sugar in it.
I'm happy for you and Fred! What an exicting time for you guys! Enjoy it! YOu know what you should eat and what you shouldn't, Don't fuss - enjoy life and let your higher wisdom lead the way!
