I am having one of those thoughtful days. The type of day where instead of being at work, you wish you were at home, hot toddy on the table next to you, sitting on the patio with a warm hoody on, and looking at the view. Oh, and also a cat on your lap

I think some of it could be chalked up to comfort zone, or insecurity. People stick with what they know even when it is wrong. Until they are ready to change their behavior or "take a chance", they are doomed to repeat the same mistakes. Not to mention, as human nature tells us, people don't want to admit they may be the problem
