Yes, we are.

And yet, to be fair, Vancouver's never as prepared as the rest of Canada for snowy weather. If you took away the rest of Canada's snow tires, salt, and snow-ploughs, and brought the temperatures up so that the snow was slushy, who'd be laughing then?
