1. Today I realized that it isn't as if you're never around to talk when I'm sad; I'm only sad because you aren't there.  I love you so much, and the fact that we see each other about once a year kills me; I don't care what you tell me, I definitely depend on you far more than you depend on me

People just fall out of touch sometimes. It might seem sad but it's just the way life happens. You can still care about a person without talking to them everyday though.
