Threadhopping: Sure! Unless it's a really serious discussion, I'll probably be okay with it. If it's a prose log, however, just ask before hand.
Fourthwalling: The chance of being able to fourth wall John is really slim, considering that he's from a webcomic. That said, if there's good reason to believe your character would have somehow heard of Homestuck, that's fine.
Offensive Subjects: Sure, I guess? John might remove himself from the situation if things get too weird, though.

Hugging: Sure. For the most part, John would be cool with it, assuming your character isn't a) a complete stranger or b) openly hostile towards him.
Fighting: Yes, but John is more than capable of fighting back. He's usually very mild-mannered, but will defend himself with his whole windy arsenal if he has to.
Injuring: Ask permission first!
Killing: Not unless I decide to drop him, which I have no intentions of doing! In Pradeda, despite having reached god tier, any death John experiences will be permanent.
Telepathy/Mind-Reading: Just give me a heads up first? But I can't see ever having a problem with it. John's basically an open book anyway.
Relationships: Maybe! With adequate development, John could go for some thirteen year old romantic dramatics.
Sex: Nope.

If this bothers you, you can ask to skip it either IC or OOC. Although he's limited simply by not having any wide open spaces to fly around or summon up tornadoes, he's still extremely overpowered.
