Wow show if you keep getting this good, I might just have to propose to you like I promised last week. We start with Puppet Man and Come Back to Life Barbie and I suddenly want to marry David Lawrence because he is that good playing a sad little woobie. I assume he is taking Rebel’s request and running with it like mad, but he actually this look on his face on his face that screamed. “HA, HA I AM SCREWING WITH ALL OF YOU,” at the end of the episode.
I am joining in the chouse of people wondering why Doyle needed to be saved by Claire, but given my theory about Rebel, which I will discuss below, it might just make some sense. I think it was more of a lesson for Claire in how to forgive more then anything having to do with Doyle. Although Rebel wins the Idiot Award for thinking sending a known villain into a house with two women alone was a good idea. I hope you remembered to put 911 on the speed dial Sandra.
Sylar and Daddy Lionel Luthor hacked out their issues over a bunny and tried to kick each other’s butts, which Sylar of course won hands down. As with Arthur, I don’t think we’ve seen the last of Papa Sylar, he’s got the HUNGER back and a simple sandwich isn’t gonna cut it anymore.
Tracy I am kinda bored with, but man did she zing Nathan pretty darn good with the line about his skills in the boudoir. The look on his face was just like “But, but you were faking it, oh come on.”
Other than that this was totally the Nathan/Noah/Danko show with a guest appearance by Angela. Oh my god you guys I cannot say enough good things about Mama Petrelli right now what with the call back to the pilot with the socks and the burn she gave to Danko. The woman knows how to shoot down a moron be it with soup, socks or a simple kick to the you know where.
Noah was his usually hard-core self and I do believe he and the President are now in charge of the whole super hunt, which might explain the whole free pass for Claire Bear running out. A “work for me or else” deal.
And of course Nathan, OMG you guys that ending, I guessed he was gonna be the one outside Claire’s window, but man the way he was holding her close and the look on both their faces watching the agents was just amazing. Nathan is now on the run too and I am praying he and Peter have make up snuggles ASAP.
Though Nathan honey, heading for the roof after you learned about bombMatt, that earns you an Idiot Award as well. What did you think was gonna happen after a stunt like that, Danko isn’t stupid, a little slow maybe, but not stupid.
Oh and Danko, might not want to out a special right in front of a camera, makes you kinda look like a moron too, just saying.
I’m iffy about Mini Matt because I think Hiro and Ando have better things to do, but the baby is cute and I liked Janice so we will see.
Now for my theory about Rebel, I believe it is four people not just one and here is why. It takes time and effort to make moves like Rebel and they are plotted, not just randomly made. That being said I believe Rebel is a joint effort between Nathan, Angela, Micah and Molly.
Nathan with his government contacts is in the prefect place to serve as the information gathering side of Rebel, he tells Molly and Micah, how and when to find people and what information to give them. Angela provides the path Nathan needs to take and misdirects Noah and Danko. I think the scene in the limo last week was a show, Nathan knew by then he was being followed and it was for Danko’s benefit.
Nathan has not once been afraid of being found out, as Danko pointed out, he fed Tracy the hope line and he knew when the cameras would be off and back on again, knowing Danko would be waiting to ask questions. Also his stall during the bomb scene seemed almost like he knew what moves to makes and when to make them, that could have been because of Matt’s power or something else.
I think Nathan is the one designed to take the fall if Rebel gets discovered, so Angela and the rest would still be able to carry on. But the writers have a way of Jossing my theories so we shall see.
