Orlin was bouncing aroun, being his normal exuberant self, stopping every now and then to mollify Camulus with a quick kiss, as he got everything else ready.
Edmund had waited for Ivanova to meet him at the store and walked with her to the Mauvais Chance apartments. Pity for him and his hosts that the chocolates had worn off, but Ivanova's presence tended to tone his general misanthropy down to something somewhat tolerable.
He knocked and waited for this little adventure to commence.
Camulus opened the door to his visitors, stepping bad and trying not to look as grumpy as he felt. "Mr. Blackadder, Miss Ivanova, please come in. It's good to see you again, Miss Ivanova."
Edmund looked around for an obvious dinner area, such as a table or spot on the floor or the like with the obvious intention of ensuring that Ivanova was seated first.
Camulus plunked a bottle of wine down on the table with a sour look. He'd rather drink the whole thing himself. He disappeared back into the kitchen to grope help Orlin.
