I am so sad right now- I just found a good friend of mine from HS passed away last week. :( She had very severe epilepsy, and had a grand mal seizure. Life had been tough for her

I'm glad that your friend found true happiness before she had to leave this world.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I had one of "those" while in France. My g.f. and I were having dinner and she got a text message (they couldn't find her) to say one of her best friends had passed of a heart attack. Turns out I know him (distantly) as well. We both had a cry over wine.

I also have a friend with epilepsy (brought on my a brain injury about 10 yrs ago), and it's so hard for her to live a normal life with all of the restrictions. We really do have so much to be thankful for.
